Self-Assessment
There are many key strengths that set leaders apart. This tool will help you know how effective you are at using the proven strategies of introverted leaders. It will also give you a way to assess and measure your progress as you apply the ideas in the Introverted Leader book.
Indicate how much you agree with the following statements.
0 = Very Strongly Disagree; 1 = Strongly Disagree; 2 = Disagree; 3 = Agree; 4 = Strongly Agree
A caution: Select responses based on your self-assessment of your behavior at work. If you currently don't report to a manager, consider what you did when you reported to one or what you would likely do if you had one. Try not to overanalyze. Your initial response is usually the most valid. Also, avoid being too tough or easy on yourself. When you respond, be as objective as possible.
